If you have entered the correct payee and the correct payment reference as the purpose for a manual transfer, we can usually assign your payment very quickly.
You will then automatically receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. If you don't receive payment confirmation within a few days, contact us at [email protected], and we can investigate.
It is even faster if you upload proof of payment directly to the Vobapay Paylater Service Portal, showing the recipient's IBAN, the value date, the purpose of payment and the amount paid.
